Can I tour the space?

Yes! We would love to meet you and share the property with you! Simply reach out to CherryBlossomBarn@gmail.com or through this website contact page to set up a time that works for you.

What is the price?

We are constantly upgrading and improving our facility so the price does change frequently. Message us and we will be happy to provide details.

How close are the nearest hotels?
We are conveniently located close to Grand Rapids. You will find all the hotel and shopping needs no more then 12 minutes away.

Do you allow candles?

Because our venue is a 150 year old historic structure, lit candles are not permitted for fire safety reasons. Battery operated tea lights are recommended in lieu of candles. Glitter, confetti, artificial snow, artificial flower petals, Chinese lanterns, and fireworks are also not permitted,

Are you pet friendly?

We love animals here at Cherry Blossom Barn. We just ask that you clean up after our extended family members.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, we have elegant white chairs and tables that will be set up for you based upon your capacity for your wedding day.  Additionally, we have serving tables, a gift table, and serving bins.

What are the after event clean expectations?

We ask that you leave the venue in the similar condition upon arrival. We provide standard cleaning from normal use after the event. 

How many people can the space fit?

Our venue happily fits up to 150 guests. We have a very large lawn with plenty of space for yard games and any other activities

How do I save a date?

Your date is secure once the wedding party and Cherry Blossom Barn have all signed the contract along with the initial deposit. This deposit is then applied to the cost of your wedding package.

What is the payment plan?

The wedding package cost is divided into three equal portions. First is the initial deposit required at signing to reserve a date. Then 6 months prior to the event the second payment is due. The third and final payment is due 30 days before the event. 

Do you have heat?

We have 12 mosaic patio heaters spaced out within the venue that provide abundant heat to keep all guest warm and cozy during your special day. The bridal suite does have an elegant gas fireplace to provide heat and ambiance to the space. The restrooms are also heated for your comfort.

Do you have A/C?

The bridal suite and the restrooms do have climate controlled A/C units.

When will we have access to the Bridal Suite?

Access to the bridal suite is from 5am-12pm the day of your wedding. 

What if it rains during my ceremony?

We are well prepared in the event of bad weather. We create an aisle way inside the main barn and your guests sit at their tables. We also have generators on standby incase of power loss.

Can we bring in our own decor?
Yes! Please bring anything that you would love to create your day magical

Can we choose our own Caterer?
We have a list of preferred food caterers but your are more then welcome to choose another caterer, but they need to be licensed and insured service.  We do not add on a service charge for outside caterers you choose to bring. And yes you may bring a food truck!

Does Cherry Blossom Barn meet all local township and building codes?
Yes, our venue has been approved by the township. All local and state commercial codes for fire, handicap, electric, and plumbing are being followed throughout the entire process.
